These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Travelo website at heytravelo.com, the Travelo mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service"), and related services operated by Travelo ("Travelo," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parent or guardian permission. Certain features may require you to be 18 or older. You may not use the Service if barred by law or previously suspended.
You must register with accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Notify us at support@heytravelo.com of suspected unauthorized access. You may not create accounts with false identities or usernames that infringe others' rights.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only — verify travel details, bookings, visas, and safety before you travel.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), scrape without permission, remove notices, or use the Service unlawfully.
You retain ownership of User Content. By posting, you grant Travelo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You warrant you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Paid features may include one-time purchases or subscriptions. Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are processed by those stores under their terms; manage cancellations in your store account. Web or other payment providers (such as Razorpay) may apply for certain real-world bookings. Refunds follow the applicable processor's policies.
The Service may integrate with maps, payments, social login, analytics, hosting, and AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@heytravelo.com.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Travel information is for general planning only and is not professional advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PAID SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to defend and indemnify Travelo from claims arising from your User Content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account in settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms and post them at https://heytravelo.com/terms.html. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Contact support@heytravelo.com to attempt informal resolution before litigation.
